Lock Haven, PA- Mother nature continues to thwart the 2019 race season at Clinton County Motor Speedway. April 26 racing has been cancelled. Heavy rain struck the region with more expected between 3 and 4 pm.
The rain out is the fourth this spring as the ovals practice session and first three races have been cancelled.
The season is now set to open Friday May 3 at 7:30 pm. On the card is the make up 2018 Lenny Stroud Jr Memorial Race for Smith Excavating & Construction limited late models. Also in action are the Millers Automotive Machine pro stocks, Weaver’s Radiator & Auto Repair/Jay Coder Excavating & Trucking 270 micro sprints, 600 micro sprints and TJ Shooters Sports Bar FWD 4 cylinder stock cars. Gates open at 5. Warm-ups start at 7.
A kids Easter candy scramble will be presented by GFY Racing Supply of Avis, PA. GFY owner Nick Loffredo will award a fuel certificate to a random finisher in the Stroud Memorial limited late model feature.

There’s no increase in admission for the Stroud Memorial racing program. Adult general admission is $12. Students 12-17, $10. Kids under 12 are free. Pit admission is $30.
Additional details concerning the Stroud Memorial race will be released later this weekend.
